Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items sold are NON-refundable and NOT exchangeable.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers. In the unlikely event that damage does occur in transit, please notify us immediately within 36hours of receipt at email@example.com with a picture shot of the item and order number. We regret we are unable to address any issues pertaining to damaged goods beyond the time frame.
- Please note that all our apothecary jars/ domes are manufactured using Blown Glass Molding technique. Hence, air bubble might be present. This will not affect the functionality/aesthetics and quality of the product and cannot be deemed as quality issue.
Prices displayed on our website are quoted depending on the country you are based in. Example in Singapore Dollars (SGD), United State Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pounds (GBP).
Payment mode (International): Credit Card/ PayPal
Payment mode (Singapore): Credit Card/ PayPal/ Bank Transfer.
a. For domestic (Singapore) payments via IB (Internet Banking), kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. Orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
b. For payments via Paypal, payment has to be made instantly.
Please ensure that you reach the paypal payment gateway page via TRUFFLA FOREST website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.
Orders placed after 3pm (Singapore time) will be processed on the next working day. All in-stock orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
We'll not be responsible for any LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED IN TRANSIT mail. All orders are final and non-refundable/ non-exchangeable. We are also not responsible for mails sent incorrectly due to wrong information provided by customer/ DELAY at the customs. Please contact us should any of these unfortunate incident happen and we will assist you the best we can.
Once orders are dispatched from our distribution centre, we will not be accountable for any delays/ failed delivery. Tracking number will be provided for you to track parcels independently. Please contact the logistics company for any failed delivery.
- Free Local Registered Delivery for purchases above S$15. Tracking number will be provided.
- Free Normal Postage for purchases below S$15. Do note No Tracking number will be provided. (We will not be responsible for any postal losses)
- Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.
- Paid orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within 2 working days upon payment verification. An email (with tracking) will be sent when item has been shipped. Please allow 3-4 working days for order to be delivered. All local orders are delivered via Singpost/our courier counterpart unless otherwise stated.
All in-stock items will be shipped out within 3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.
Please refer to "Pre-Order" conditions (below) should your order includes a pre-order item.
Tracking number will be provided for ALL packages.
Parcels are dispatched from Singapore. Typically, it requires 7-14 working days, subject to individual country's custom's clearance. Customs and taxes (if applicable) will be borne by customer.
All INTERNATIONAL packages can ONLY be tracked in Singapore.
Example: You will not see any additional tracking information once the parcel leaves Singapore.

- Please be advised to visit your nearest post office with the tracking number provided (RCXXXXXXXXSG) to probe further.
Free courier delivery to Brunei and Malaysia with a minimum purchase of only S$199. Items will be handed over to the Courier Company within 3 working days. A tracking number will be provided and it require approximately 5-6 working days for item to reach its destination. Customs and taxes (if applicable) will be borne by customer. We are unable respond to any customs delay, unfortunately.
We apologise we are unable to process orders for items under DINING and TERRARIUM Categories. These categories are available for shipping locally (Singapore) or to Brunei/ Malaysia only.

Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when the pre-order item is available. Items on Pre-Order require 14-16 working days upon payment date before it will be sent out. It will be shipped when we receive the item from the manufacturer. An email will be generated when item has been sent out.
